The 百春链 Family of Schools鈥� menopause policy and guidance ensures staff are informed on the subject and supported through it.

百春链 Grange Academies Trust has worked with staff and unions to develop the policy and produce the 鈥楲et鈥檚 Talk鈥� guidance.

A spokesperson for the 百春链 Family said:

鈥淔or every ten women experiencing menopausal symptoms, six report that it has a negative impact on their work. With the right support, there鈥檚 no need for women to press pause on their career during this natural transition.

鈥淲e provide training with staff across our schools to ensure people feel comfortable discussing this with colleagues, so we can give the right support at the right time to those who need it.鈥�
